Thank you for visiting your Pike County Circuit Clerks office website.  It is indeed an honor and privilege for me to serve as your Circuit Clerk.  I have worked in the Circuit Clerks office for almost 20 years and I am pleased to represent this county with dignity and respect.  The intent of this website is to assist you in answering any questions or concerns about the duties, responsibilities and scope of the Circuit Clerks Office.

Pike County Courthouse

The mission of your Clerks office is to conduct business in a timely and considerate manner, while being fair and available.  Currently, our office is closed to the public on Wednesdays, by order of Chief Justice Roy Moore.  For your convenience, there is a drop-box located outside of my office for anything that needs to be filed or payments that need to be posted.  The drop-box is checked daily, so everything is posted on the day that you leave your item.  I would appreciate your call for my attention to any area that could stand improvement or to point out when you have been served exceptionally well.  Please do not hesitate to call me or drop by my office for any concerns you may have.  My door is always open.

Thank You,

Honorable Jamie N. Scarbrough
